WeeSendIt

WeeSendIt is a file sharing web app that lets users send small and big files in seconds: drop files, configure options (password protection, link expiration, auto-extract for ZIPs), and share a link. The product is built and owned by Dev Media Design—we created the entire platform from concept to launch, from the upload flow and secure delivery to the subscription tiers and dashboard.

The app offers a simple three-step flow (Select, Configure, Send) and a free tier with generous limits, plus Pro and Premium plans for larger files and longer expiration. Users can optionally register with an email to access a dashboard and premium features. Settings include password protection, configurable link expiry (from one hour to never), and automatic ZIP extraction so recipients get unpacked files. The UI is clean and focused so sending files stays quick and stress-free—"wee but mighty," as the tagline goes.

The result is a live product at weesendit.co.uk that handles real file transfers every day. With a clear free tier to try and straightforward upgrades for power users, WeeSendIt fills a real need for simple, reliable file sharing without the clutter of legacy tools. The platform is fully created and developed by Dev Media Design, from front-end and back-end to payments and infrastructure.

Under the hood, the platform is full-stack: secure file upload and storage, unique shareable links, and optional password and expiry enforcement. The dashboard and premium features use authentication and subscription logic (e.g. Stripe or similar) for Pro and Premium plans. The front end is responsive and accessible so it works on any device, and the back end handles file validation, size limits per plan, and safe delivery so users can trust their files are handled properly.
